1. Taj Mahal
Shah Jahan approached the Taj Mahal on a boat which would sail down the River Yamuna which ran behind the Taj Mahal. At different times of the day the Taj Mahal appears to be in a different colour. Some believe that these changing colours depict the changing moods of a woman. Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays and only those going for customary prayers are permitted inside the Taj Mahal

The size of the Great Pyramid of Giza are enormous measuring 756 ft at its base and 455 ft in height. In fact, the pyramids are so big that can be visible from space on clear days. No other man made structure in the world can boast this incredible fact. This pyramid is sometimes referred to as Khufu’s Pyramid or the Pyramid of Cheops

Petra is one of the evidence to Mankind that Middle East was after all the most influential region of the world in the Middle Ages. Also called the Rose Red City. Petra is more popular for its 800 individual monuments that includes buildings, tombs, baths, funerary halls, temples, arched gateways, and colonnaded streets, that were mostly carved from the kaleidoscopic sandstone
4. Colosseum
Roman Coliseum remained in use for nearly 500 years.On every Good Friday, the Pope leads a torchlit "Way of the Cross" procession to the amphitheatre.The Colosseum is an entirely free-standing structure, 189 m (615 ft) long, 156 m (510 ft) wide and with a base area of 6 acres (24,000 m2).

Chichen Itza was one of the largest Maya cities. Chichen Itza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the second-most visited of Mexico's archaeological sites.
6. Machu Picchuv
The Archaeological evidence shows, that in this place people practiced agriculture since 760 B.C.he valleys in these areas produced a big agricultural production. But afterthe death of Pachacutec this place lost its importance, because his successors built new constructions like Ollaytantambo and Vilcambamba, that makes the route of Machu Picchu less used.
7. Great Wall of China
In 1987, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) placed the Great Wall on its list of the world’s great national and historical sites.The most visited section of the Great Wall is in Badaling, close to Beijing, which was built during the Ming Dynasty. It was the first section of the wall to open to tourists in 1957.
